Multi-objectives Optimization Design of A-type Frame in an Electric Mining Dump Truck Considering Multi-Source Uncertainties Based on the Interval Method

چکیده
In order to improve fuzzy fatigue reliability and make weight reduction of A-type frame in an electric mining dump truck considering multi-source uncertainties from design, manufacturing use stage, a multi-objectives optimization method based on the interval theory was proposed this paper. The thickness four steel plates welded regarded as certain design variables, while elastic modulus density material considered uncertain variables well load at front traction joint. relationship between objectives constructed by response surface method, transformed method. Then, problem solved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, which found that reached up 98.45 % expense some weight.
